Creative Committee
This committee encourages design excellence for OOH advertising campaigns. In addition to being advocates for improving OOH advertising design values, the members of this committee also support and promote the OBIE Awards program.
Digital Billboard Committee
This committee reviews advances in digital technology, recommends voluntary industry practices for digital billboard implementation, and develops programs that encourage the increased use of digital billboard platforms.
Innovations Committee
This committee identifies technologies that can be integrated into OOH media campaigns.
OOH UNITED
The members of OOH UNITED work to create an inclusive foundation for the OOH community. Each letter of the word “UNITED” represents a pillar used to build a strong, sound, safe, and harmonious plan for inclusion.
Legislative Committee
This committee receives information and reports on federal legislative and regulatory issues, but is not involved in the planning or execution of lobbying activities. Instead, the committee recommends voluntary policies that encourage favorable state and local government decisions.
Marketing Committee
This committee recommends voluntary business practices to make OOH advertising more useful to advertisers and more competitive with other media segments.
Suppliers Council
This council represents the perspective of vendors that provide products and services to the OOH advertising industry.
Safety, Standards & Technology Committee
This committee promotes safety and develops voluntary operational practices for the OOH advertising industry.
