Eligibility for the 2020 OOH Media Plan Awards competition requires that paid advertising was displayed on an OOH advertising location at some point between July 1, 2019 and June 30, 2020. Identical advertisements displayed during any previous year and entered in any prior OOH Media Plan Awards competition are ineligible.
For an advertisement to qualify for an award, the advertiser (or its agency) will have made payment for media space directly to an OOH media company owning or operating the media space, the only exception being public service advertisements which can be pro bono. Illegal installations or entries that do not comply with these guidelines may be declared ineligible.
From the finalists chosen, Silver and Gold OOH Media Plan Awards will be selected. One finalist will be chosen to receive the Insights OOH Media Plan Award, a special recognition for outstanding use of Geopath OOH audience data. The highest scoring entry will be honored as the OOH Media Plan of the Year.
