Creative Testing Tool

The OOH Creative Testing Tool allows you to view billboards, street furniture, and transit creative in the environment. Once you have uploaded your creative, you will be able to zoom in and out to see the work at a range of distances, share the rendering with colleagues and clients, and print out a copy for your records.

Here are a few quick troubleshooting steps to help resolve common issues:

Clear Your Browser Cache

Cached files can sometimes interfere with new updates. Clearing your cache ensures you’re seeing the latest version of the tool. If you’re a frequent user, it’s a good practice to clear your cache regularly. 

Try Incognito Mode

Using an incognito window disables extensions that might be causing compatibility issues.

Switch Browsers

If the problem continues, try accessing the tool in a different browser (e.g., switching from Chrome to Firefox) to rule out any browser-specific issues.
