The Out of Home Advertising Association of America (OAAA) today announced the 2026 Future Leaders Program delegates, recognizing ten rising professionals selected for their leadership potential and contributions to the out of home (OOH) advertising industry. Now in its third year, the program, led by OAAA’s OOH UNITED committee, reflects a continued investment in developing the talent shaping OOH’s future.
As the industry evolves and plays a more central role in the modern media mix, building a strong, connected pipeline of leaders is critical. The Future Leaders Program is designed to accelerate that growth, providing high-potential professionals with access, exposure, and the relationships needed to lead in a changing landscape.
Delegates will participate in a sponsored experience at the 2026 OOH Media Conference in Dallas, centered on the theme “The Human Medium.” There, they will engage with senior leaders, take part in structured mentorship, and access curated networking and professional development opportunities that reflect OOH’s unique ability to connect people in the real world.
This year’s delegates are:
- Allyssa Schoonover, Associate Director, WPP Media
- Breana Robinson, Supervisor, OOH, Publicis Media
- Breigh Madigan, Group Sales Director, Commercial Partnerships, JCDecaux
- Daryl Quitalig, Senior Art Director, Clear Channel Outdoor
- Ivonte Pernell, Account Executive, Lamar Advertising Company
- Jake Bross, Product Marketing Manager, Clear Channel Outdoor
- Janet Carranza, Manager, Omnicom Media Group
- Lukas Auletti, Client Services, Talon
- Olivia Accardi, Creative Strategy Manager, Intersection
- Taylor Veal, Director, Commerce and Media, dentsu
Through OAAA’s partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, participants will also contribute to a broader mentorship initiative, supporting emerging talent while strengthening their own leadership capabilities. In addition, Future Leaders will play an active role in OOH UNITED, contributing to initiatives that strengthen the industry’s talent pipeline and advance more inclusive leadership across the OOH ecosystem.
“The Future Leaders Program is about identifying and investing in the people who will define the next chapter of OOH,” said Patrick Dolan, Chief Operating Officer of OAAA. “By creating meaningful opportunities for connection, mentorship, and growth, we’re strengthening both individual careers and the future of the industry.”
Backed by OAAA member companies and industry partners, the Future Leaders Program continues to expand access, elevate emerging talent, and build a stronger, more connected leadership pipeline for the OOH industry.
