OAAA Aligns for Growth: New Leadership Hire to Focus on Revenue, Growth, and Member Success

OOH Veteran Greg Ald to Join OAAA as SVP, Revenue, Growth, and Membership

Washington, DC, May 1, 2025 – Coming off a record-breaking year for out of home (OOH) advertising, the Out of Home Advertising Association of America (OAAA) is sharpening its focus on long-term growth, operational excellence, and deeper member value. As part of this strategy, OAAA announced today that Greg Ald is joining the organization as SVP, Revenue, Growth, and Membership, a newly created leadership position designed to strengthen the organization’s impact and better serve the evolving needs of the industry.

He will report to Chief Operating Officer Patrick Dolan and will be responsible for leading OAAA’s revenue strategy, focusing on expanding membership, strengthening partnerships, and identifying new opportunities to deliver measurable value to both current and prospective members.

“I’m honored to join OAAA at such a pivotal time for out of home,” said Greg Ald. “There’s enormous potential to grow the member base, enhance partnerships, and elevate the role of OOH as a vital part of the advertising ecosystem. I’m excited to work alongside Anna and the team to build on the industry’s momentum and deliver lasting value.”

A seasoned media executive with more than 20 years of experience, he has held senior leadership roles at top OOH organizations including Intersection, ReachTV, JCDecaux, and most recently Adams Outdoor, where he served as VP, National Sales. He has launched new business divisions, managed multimillion-dollar portfolios, and built strategic relationships with brands, agencies, and public sector partners—all with a consistent focus on advancing OOH’s role in the broader media landscape.

“Greg’s deep understanding of the full OOH ecosystem and his longstanding relationships across the industry make him the ideal leader to help us scale,” said Patrick Dolan, COO, OAAA. “At a time when the industry is evolving rapidly, his leadership will ensure OAAA continues to deliver strong results for our members while championing the value of OOH in the modern media mix.”

His appointment signals OAAA’s continued investment in the structure, leadership, and strategy required to meet this moment of momentum for out of home. With a focus on execution, service, and market leadership, OAAA is building the foundation to scale its impact—delivering greater value to members and advancing the industry at large.
