About the Role:
We’re seeking a Digital & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing team. This is a highly tactical and operational role that works alongside a small but mighty team of marketers. We want you to take your digital and marketing technology expertise to help elevate and amplify the OOH industry.
The Digital & Marketing Automation Specialist should holster experience in a wide range of digital specialty areas, including a variety of digital tools and systems, marketing automation, data analysis, measurement and analytics, email marketing, and other digital tools.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Create engaging and brand-compliant email marketing templates (newsletters, event/webinar invites, one-to-one sales outreach, nurture campaign, plain text), landing pages, web forms, campaign assets, and more as it relates to industry best practices.
- Manage Hubspot Marketing Hub (account, contacts, leads) data fields, lists, segments, and data cleanliness to ensure databases are maintained for email deliverability, reputations, and internal reporting.
- Develop the execution of marketing automation, including enhanced user/lead journeys, workflows, nurture campaigns, internal and external triggers, and more.
- Manage website(s) via CMS (WordPress), updating page copy, visuals, and optimizing (desktop/mobile) for engagement and visitor flows.
- Manage website development agency for any CMS needs such as bug fixes, custom pages, functionality updates and issues
- Closely monitor and track performance data (CRM, website, email, social channels) regularly, providing findings, insights, and recommendations for performance improvement
- Manage, monitor, and track yearly events and conferences within event management tools & systems (Swoogo)
- Continuously develop, monitor, and track reports and or dashboards in Hubspot (attribution reports, campaign performance, channel performance, lead/conversion tracking)
- Stay on top of emerging marketing automation and technology trends and advancements as it relates to digital tools and systems (new features, product releases, tool enhancements). Regularly share new technologies with the marketing team to advance the department
- Track and provide regular updates (daily/weekly) on project statuses within internal tracking tools and systems (Asana)
What we are looking for:
- Experience – 3 years in digital marketing, campaign management, project management or comparable experience.
- Knowledge & Certifications – Have a strong understanding and proven ability/knowledge in some of the following martech tools and systems:
- HubSpot Marketing Hub
- HubSpot Sales Hub
- Google Analytics(GA4), Search Console, & Tag Manager
- WordPress
- SEMRush and/or other SEO Tools
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Proven track record of working across teams to lead and collaborate on projects
