OAAA Suppliers Council
Every OAAA supplier member is automatically made part of the OAAA Suppliers Council.
Mission
To form a partnership with outdoor advertising operators to increase the market share of outdoor advertising, and to protect, promote, and improve the outdoor advertising medium.
Supplier’s Council Board of Directors
The Council has a Board of Directors, comprised of OAAA members, representing the various categories of suppliers.
The Board is responsible to implement the strategic plan with a specific focus on the following:
- Membership recruitment and retention
- Trade shows to showcase supplier products and services at industry events. Trade shows are regularly featured at the OAAA National Convention, OAAA Operations Conference, and other industry functions
- Communications which include:
- Suppliers Directory
- Website with general information
- Industry Research sponsorship on a regular basis that serves to evaluate and improve outdoor advertising products and services
- Public Service where Supplier Council members are active supporters for various OAAA sponsored and endorsed campaigns. Printing and production companies donate production services to ensure the success of many worthwhile national and local programs, Member of Congress Congratulatory Program, The Department of Homeland Security’s Ready.gov campaign, and disaster relief programs over the past two years.
