Body:
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is looking for information about a pair of unknown suspects involved in several jewelry store robberies  — and will be placing billboards of the suspects throughout the Hampton Roads area.

The FBI says that there have been no cases reported in Hampton Roads, but they are posting the billboards due to the area’s regional proximity.

The bureau launched a regional search effort on Tuesday, Oct. 27 that includes Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.

The FBI is working with local law enforcement agencies for information about a string of jewelry store robberies that took place in South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee.

A white woman in her late-20’s or early-30’s, 5′ 8″ tall and 130 lbs., is suspected of robberies at a Jared Vault location in Seiverville, Tennessee on Oct. 16 and a Reeds Jewelers in Panama City Beach, Florida on Aug. 11. The FBI says the suspect zip-tied the employees’ hands and moved them to separate rooms in both cases.

In the Panama City incident, the FBI says a black man in his late-30’s or early-40’s, 6′ tall and 250 lbs., was seen in surveillance footage locking the door of the Reeds Jewelers in Panama City, while the woman took various items from the store’s display cases.

Surveillance photos also appear to show the suspect’s vehicle as a red 2009/2010 Honda Civic LX with tinted windows.

The two are also suspected in the armed robbery of a Jared Jewelry store in Woodstock, Georgia that took place on April 29 as well as a Zale’s Jewelry store in Dawsonville, Georgia that took place on Aug. 5.

The suspects are considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information about the jewelry store robberies are being asked to call the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324).
