Who We Are

The Outdoor Advertising Association of America (OAAA) is the lead trade association of the $7.8 billion US out of home (OOH) advertising industry, including digital out of home (DOOH). OAAA is the unified voice of the industry, an authoritative thought leader, and a passionate advocate that protects, unites, and advances OOH advertising in the United States. Comprised of 800+ members, including media companies, advertisers, agencies, ad-tech providers, and suppliers, OAAA represents more than 90 percent of the OOH industry based on revenue.  

OAAA membership categories:

General
Any company that owns or operates billboards in the United States.

OOH Media
Any company that sells space for advertising on street furniture, transit, or place-basded OOH media displays.

Associate
Any company or individual providing services or products to the OOH advertising industry. Includes supplier, tech, financial, and attorney members.

Affiliate
Any company or individual who works for state outdoor advertising associations, other trade groups and coalitions, or past OAAA Board of Directors.

International
Any company or individual doing business outside of the United States and interested in OAAA and its services.

OAAA's strategic focus is on government affairs, marketing, communications, membership, and operations.
